Given the handmade nature of all jewelry pieces, all sales are final.

If you received a necklace as a gift and would like to exchange it, you may do so within 7 days of original purchase date. Item be in unworn and original condition.

Exchange shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer. 

Custom orders are always final sale.
