- Items may be returned for a store credit within 7 days of purchase. We make exchanges only if product is returned in new condition. Exchanges are subject to a shipping charge. Postage is not covered by CC Jordan Designs, so please use a carrier of your choice.
- Please be aware that due to the handmade nature of each piece, color and size may vary from photo of the piece.
- Sales items are non-returnable & non-refundable.
- Things happen! If your item breaks, due to no fault of your own, CC Jordan Designs will repair anything that was purchased in the past 6 months for free. We also must have all original beads for the repair. There is a $10 restringing fee for items older than 6 months. Please email ccjordandesigns@gmail.com before mailing.
